What types of rooms do Downing Students offer?
There are a mix of room types available at Downing Students, designed to enhance your student experience. Choose from modern studios and shared apartments. Each room type is fully equipped with your own ensuite, big comfy bed, plenty of storage space and a dedicated study desk.
Are bills included at Downing Students properties?
Absolutely- at Downing Students, we've got you. Your all inclusive rent covers utility bills, speedy Wi-Fi and contents insurance with no last minute costs.
How do I book a room with Downing Students?
Booking your accommodation with Downing Students is quick and easy!
On the Downing Students website, simply choose your preferred location and room type, and follow the online booking process.
Once you've completed your application and paid the holding deposit, your room will be reserved. You can start searching for your new home here!
Do I need a UK guarantor, and what if I don’t have one?
Yes, a UK-based guarantor is required if you choose to pay your rent in instalments. If you don't have a UK guarantor, you can pay your rent in full before moving in, or use an approved guarantor service.
